Xabia is a charming city of about 27,000 inhabitants, almost half of whom are foreigners, which has kept its charm while evolving and modernizing without denying its past. Xabia, also known as Javea, is a city facing the Mediterranean and depends on the province of Alicante, Valencia in Spain. Located at the back of the Montgó, visible for miles around. The name "Guatla37" comes simply from the concatenation of the street name, carrer del Guatla and the house number, 37.
